Surgery - A surgery is typically required when snoring is caused due to overgrowth of any muscles/structures around the airway. Clearing of the air passage can completely eliminate snoring or reduce it to considerable limits depending on your specific situation.

The treatment of this sort is usually the last resort for those patients facing serious sleep apnea problems since surgeries are not completely risk free.
